A very simple pie to make, but at the same time outstanding. Interesting taste – sourness from cranberries, sweetness from marshmallows. In summer, it seems to me, a very good option – it is prepared quickly and without problems, plus, it does not contain either cream or sour cream, which do not tolerate heat very well.

  1. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder.
  3. And sift into the egg-sugar mixture. Gently mix with a spatula or spoon. It turns out a dough of the consistency of thick sour cream.
  4. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle a little flour, shake off excess flour. I have a Teflon shape, the size is 28 cm. You can take a shape of a smaller diameter, the biscuit will be thicker, you can, more, respectively, the cake will be thinner. In my opinion, 28 cm is the best option – the dough turned out just right. Pour the dough into the mold and send it to the preheated oven, bake at medium temperature until ready (check with a toothpick, if dry – ready). The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven, I baked for 20 minutes.
  5. The pie is cold. Meanwhile, rub the cranberries with 50 g of granulated sugar.
  6. Put cranberry puree on the cooled cake.
  7. Marshmallows are disassembled into halves and placed cut down on the filling.
  8. Prepare the filling according to the instructions on the package. I have this colorless cake jelly. The contents of the package should be mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar, gradually introduce water, mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for 2-3 minutes.
  9. And use a spoon to apply to the surface of the cake. Jelly freezes very quickly.
  10. Put the pie to cool in the refrigerator, I have 1 hour left.
