Grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle a little flour, shake off excess flour. I have a Teflon shape, the size is 28 cm. You can take a shape of a smaller diameter, the biscuit will be thicker, you can, more, respectively, the cake will be thinner. In my opinion, 28 cm is the best option – the dough turned out just right.
Pour the dough into the mold and send it to the preheated oven, bake at medium temperature until ready (check with a toothpick, if dry – ready). The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven, I baked for 20 minutes.
