  1. Add sugar (180 g) to the bowl of a food processor.) and butter (75 g.). RUB the butter with white sugar. Then add 2 eggs. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
  2. Mix salt (1 pinch), flour (280 gr.) and baking powder (1 teaspoon) in a bowl.
  3. Gradually, in portions, put all the dry ingredients into the bowl of the food processor, alternating them with the addition of kefir (250 ml.). Whisk the mixture.
  4. Add the mixture better prepared for baking to the capsules, filling them by about 2/3.
  5. Send the dough form to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C. Bake the cupcakes until completely dry.
  6. Remove the middle of the cooled cupcakes with a knife. Fill the middle with cherry jam or other jam of your choice.
  7. You can use any cream to your liking. This recipe used a cream of whipped sour cream and sugar, which was added to the thickener for sour cream.
  8. Decorate cherry cupcakes for cocktails and confectionery sprinkles in the form of pearls.
