  5. Add warm water, sugar, salt, eggs. Mix everything together.
  6. Add softened butter, ricotta and cottage cheese. Mix well.
  7. Add the raisins.
  8. Pour in the remaining flour in parts and knead the dough. Cover the bowl and put it in a warm place for an hour so that it doubles in size.
  9. After the time has elapsed, knead the risen dough. Prepare the molds for the cakes, fill them with a ready-made dough for 1/3. Cover the dough form with a towel and let it rise in a warm place.
  10. Bake the grown-up cakes in a preheated 180 ° oven. Depending on the size of the cake, bake for 30-40 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry, then the pie is ready. From this amount of dough I got 5 small pieces and 3 medium ones. Decorate the cakes to your liking.
