  1. Brush the roll with sour cream on both sides.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Pour in 4 eggs, season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs until tender.
  3. Omelet, loaf, potatoes should turn into a homogeneous minced meat. My new assistant in the kitchen, a food processor, helped me with this. I handled it in a matter of seconds.
  4. Here is such a homogeneous minced meat turned out. Add flour, grated cheese, herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead everything well.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs with turmeric. Preheat the deep-frying oil. I turn down the heat a little closer to the minimum on the middle burner of the stove. With your hands moistened with cold water, gently shape the meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and send them to the fryer.
  6. Fry until a golden brown crust forms.
  7. Serve immediately.
