Usually, for big holidays, there are always a lot of all kinds of products in the house with which you can decorate such potatoes. You can come up with many options, there is a flight of imagination and taste. But how delicious and beautiful it looks. I assure you, such potatoes will not only become an ornament, but will also be the first to “fly away” from the table.

  1. Wash the potatoes well with a brush, dry them and cut them in half or lengthwise. To make the potatoes deep, cut them not in a staggered order, without damaging the peel. Cut a little from the bottom, for stability.
  2. Cover the baking dish with foil and lay out the potatoes.
  3. To refuel, mix everything well.
  4. Spread the dressing over the potatoes, pressing it well with a teaspoon into the incisions. Pour half a cup of water and wrap the potatoes with foil so that it does not touch it. Pour a glass of water into the mold. Place in a preheated 200 * C oven for 40-50 minutes. After 40 minutes, you can check the readiness of the potatoes by piercing it with a long wooden skewer. If it’s ready, you can take it out, no – leave it in the oven anyway.
  5. Spread out the finished potatoes and let them stand for five minutes, transfer them to a dish and you can spread different snacks on it. Serve immediately until it has cooled down. To serve potatoes, I used the following products: quail egg, caviar, pickled mushrooms and honey mushrooms, salted herring, pickled pink salmon, squid, shrimp, green peas, cherry. There are also many other products that can be used: olives, olive therapy, various pickled cheeses, pickled cucumber and onion, pepper. This is an interesting serving of ordinary potatoes for your festive table. Enjoy your meal!
