Of course, there are many recipes for fish cutlets on the site, but mine is still different. Can you imagine a combination of salmon and ginger? Then help yourself to my cutlets.
Onion, garlic and ginger cut and punch in a blender.
If you have fresh salmon, pass it through a meat grinder or punch it in a blender. Add to the fish crackers, parsley, broken vegetables and all seasonings.
Mix everything well with a spoon, the mince is tender and a little liquid. If very thin, add a couple more spoons of crackers. I first put 8 spoons, then added 2 more. Leave for twenty minutes to soften the crackers well.
After twenty minutes, we collect a tablespoon of minced meat with a hill of minced meat and sculpt cutlets, breaded in corn flour or breadcrumbs. The cutlets are very tender, I carefully sprinkled them with flour right in my hands.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the cutlets on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Half of the cutlets I did not plan, they are perfectly fried and without breading. That’s how rosy they turned out.
I got 16 cutlets out of this number.
Serve as desired with potatoes and fresh salad. Our opinions were divided, my husband liked breaded, and I without it. Here are such delicious cutlets I got, did not fall apart, very soft and tender. Bon Appetit!
