  1. Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. With a slotted spoon, put the cabbage in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the duck breast into pieces, put it in a mold.
  3. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, put in a mold.
  4. Roll the bacon into rolls and put it in the mold too.
  5. Whisk cream with egg and breadcrumbs, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the contents of the mold.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees until the desired crust and color are formed (10-15 minutes), Serve hot or slightly cooled.
