  1. Fill the rice with water in a ratio of 1 to 2.5. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook with the lid closed until cooked for 35 minutes. Such rice can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days and used for its intended purpose.
  2. We take onions, cut into small cubes, garlic is also crushed. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
  3. Put a piece of butter, finely chopped onion, garlic and bell pepper in a frying pan, fry for 2 minutes. Add finely chopped tomatoes, red ground hot pepper, ground black pepper and salt. Mix everything and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce, a pinch of lemon balm and oregano, a pod of red chili pepper, mix.
  5. Take meat products. Cut hunting and homemade pork sausages into rings, bacon strips.
  6. Fry meat products in vegetable oil in a frying pan until a crust forms. Add seafood to them. Don’t be afraid of a combination of meat and seafood. I have boiled frozen shrimp and frozen scallop (all pre-thawed and peeled).
  7. Mix tomato sauce and seafood meat.
  8. Add the rice mixture and stir.
  9. Put the mixture in a pot or ceramic mold and put it in a preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes so that the jambalaya reaches its condition. Serve jambalaya hot. Enjoy your meal!
