A couple of years ago I found an interesting recipe on the Internet, made my changes and got a hearty, beautiful, tasty and fast dish. The chicken turns out juicy and tender. You can serve it with any side dish (rice, potatoes). I cook for dinner and for the holidays, everyone loves it.
Cut the chicken into strips, salt, pepper, add oregano and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir and leave to marinate for at least 40 minutes.
And while the chicken is marinating, let's do the sauce. In blender uploaded 2 medium-size sliced tomatoes, half of Bulgarian pepper, 4 cloves garlic, half of bulbs, 2-3 table phytosterols cooking oil, oregano, salt, pepper.
Stir the vegetables. The sauce should be thick.
Marinated chicken spread in a brazier, and on top of the sauce.
Take the remaining vegetables (tomato, bell pepper and onion) and cut them into slices. Spread on the sauce.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on the oven. In the cooking process, for about 25 minutes you need to water the vegetables the resulting juice.
I usually cook mashed potatoes as a side dish.
I get this kind of beauty.
