Instructions
  1. Cut the beef pulp into small cubes.
  2. Heat the cauldron, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. In a preheated cauldron, you can throw and fry a piece of lard. I threw a small piece of salted pork fat, as soon as it was fried, took it out and threw the meat. To interfere.
  3. Cut onion and carrot into small cubes. Onions and carrots are thrown to the meat, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer.
  4. Red bell pepper is also cut into cubes. Now, unfortunately, it’s not the season, I use frozen pepper. But you can use pickled, harvested for the winter pepper. We throw it into the cauldron, put it out.
  5. dilute 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with a small amount of water, add garlic (garlic can be crushed or passed through a press). Stir, add to the cauldron.
  6. At this stage, add spices – cumin and pepper (peas).
  7. And now the cucumber. I’ve never seen a dish made with pickled cucumber. I know, it is prepared with turnips or radishes, but with cucumber, but with salted – I have never seen it. It is necessary to take a large pickled cucumber and cut it into small cubes, but since I did not have such a pickle, I used tomato paste. Add to the cauldron.
  8. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the cauldron. Fry for 5 minutes.
  9. Fill the pot with water. As it boils, add salt to taste.
  10. When the potatoes are ready, throw the chopped greens into the pan. Turn off the oven. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions. If necessary, rinse the pasta, put it in a deep bowl. We pour out our rich soup. Enjoy your meal.
