Instructions
  1. All our ingredients!
  2. First of all, chop the onion, mushrooms and fresh dill. Put a frying pan with sunflower oil on the stove and start frying onions.
  3. While the onion is being fried, chop the cabbage. Whether it will be strips or cubes is up to the business owner to decide. I cut it into small pieces. Something like this.
  4. When the onion is slightly fried, add the minced meat, put it out together with the onion.
  5. Then add the mushrooms, put out quite a bit.
  6. After the mushrooms – cabbage and dill. Add soy sauce and ground black pepper. Someone will say: why mushrooms first, and then cabbage! I will answer immediately! Mushrooms are more fried and have a richer taste! Cabbage gives juice, and then the mushrooms are fried properly! At least, I came to this conclusion!))) Put out everything together until the cabbage is half-cooked, turn off the stove and let the minced meat cool down a little.
  7. Then add the grated cheese, egg and mix well. The beef pie is ready!
  8. Put the finished minced meat on the edge of the puff pastry (leave a couple of centimeters on three sides). With the help of such devices, incisions are made. You don’t have to do it, it’s not necessary, just for beauty!
  9. Bend the three sides that we left free, as in the photo. And cover the fourth side with minced meat to make a strudel.
  10. That’s the beauty of it! Grease the pie with beaten egg. Put in a preheated 180 * C oven for 30 minutes.
  11. And it’s ready-made! From the portion I gave, we got two such strudels. Let cool a little and cut into portions! Bon appetit to everyone! Thank you very much for your attention!
