Instructions
  1. To prepare the filling, I took super Basmati rice.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onion.
  5. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, add the onion and carrot to the pan. Simmer over high heat, stirring constantly. About 10 minutes.
  6. Then add ground black pepper, sweet paprika, and salt. Mix everything well.
  7. Finely chop the dill and add to the vegetables.
  8. Now add the boiled rice and mix everything well.
  9. The filling for the rolls is ready.
  10. Prepare the filling for the rolls. Instead of the bean broth, I took the ready-made liquid of canned beans, added vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar and salt.
  11. Beat the whole mass well with an immersion blender (this takes about 4-5 minutes). The liquid will turn white and thicken slightly.
  12. Instead of the dough, I took a thin, rectangular pita bread (a lean product)
  13. Fold the pita bread in half and cut it into 3 parts (you can cut it into as many parts as you like).
  14. Put the filling on the edge of the pita bread. We twist the roll (it is unnecessary to twist too much). So we continue to make all the other rolls (I got 9 pieces).
  15. Place the finished rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  16. Top the rolls with the prepared filling.
  17. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  18. We put the form with rolls in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
  19. Enjoy
  20. Bon Appetit!
