  1. I made half a serving. Cut the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic and fry until the onion is transparent in vegetable oil for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  2. For this recipe, you can take any vegetables you want: green peas, string beans, carrots, canned corn, etc. I took frozen peppers and zucchini from the summer. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and put them to the onion, add salt, herbs (I have dry parsley), stir and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until half cooked. Let the vegetables cool down a little.
  3. Take any minced meat, I have pork, put stewed vegetables, eggs, breadcrumbs, a mixture of salt and pepper to taste, mix everything well.
  4. We take a muffin mold, spoon the minced meat tightly. Do not put it on top (as I did), the juice will pour directly into the oven. Place the molds in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. 10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the muffins with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet on top of the oven or under the grill, if you have one. At maximum temperature, bring the muffins to readiness.
  6. Serve the muffins immediately hot as a second course or cold as an appetizer. Garnish with herbs and vegetables. Enjoy your meal!!!
