For the sauce, mix: tomato paste (1-2 tablespoons), sour cream (2 tablespoons), sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) and water (100 ml). Add the seasoning, a pinch of sugar and mix. We try for salt and do not forget that the cabbage is salty.
Fill the cabbage “pillow” with sauce, but do not overdo it, it is better to add the sauce in 30 minutes. Vegetables will also secrete juice.
