Remove the broccoli from the water and dry it on a paper towel.
Select the inflorescences of the desired size. Put each inflorescence on the dough and make a recess, pressing lightly.
Put 1 tablespoon of dough on top of each broccoli inflorescence. The dough turns out to be viscous, so moisten a little spoon with water and shape it so as to cover the broccoli.
