  1. Rinse the mussels under running water with a brush.
  2. Boil in boiling water for about a minute to open it. If the mussels do not open, discard them.
  3. Remove the algae from the mussels so that they remain in the sea on the rocks.
  4. Chop the peeled and washed onions, garlic, carrots. Cut the cherry tomatoes into two pieces, chop the celery and chili pepper.
  5. Fry the vegetables in olive oil until transparent.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes, fry with vegetables for about a minute.
  7. Add rice or white balsamic vinegar.
  8. Add soy sauce and stir.
  9. Pour in the wine, add cane sugar, chili pepper to taste.
  10. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Add mussels. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  12. Serve, sprinkled with herbs.
