Nests with Minced Meat and Live Sauce Recipe
Today I will have an unconventional picnic in the garden on the terrace and I will cook nests of pasta with minced Turkey under cheese in a deep frying pan. It is easy to prepare a dish in any conditions: in nature, in the garden, and at home. A hearty, delicious dish for those who love pasta with meat and thoroughly refresh themselves in the fresh air. I’ll make a live sauce for the nests.

Instructions
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, finely chopped garlic and onion, sent to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper and add thyme and Basil. Hands carefully knead the minced meat. You will need suitable dishes in which we will make nests. I use a deep frying pan with a d-26 cm lid. I greased the pan with olive oil. Laid out nests. Visually divided the minced meat into 6 parts and forming balls, immediately put them in the nest. In the water, I diluted salt to taste and filled the nests to 2/3 of their height. I have 600 ml left. When the water boils, turn down the heat and cover with a lid, cook until tender. This is about 20-30 minutes, given that the top of the dish is prepared exclusively for a couple under the lid. Grate cheese on a grater. Remove the lid from the pan and sprinkle cheese on each nest carefully. Again, cover with a lid and let the cheese melt. It’s fast.
  2. While the nests are being prepared, we will make a live sauce. At home, all the ingredients can be broken down and combined in a blender. In nature – everything can be finely chopped and ground directly in the dishes with a spoon or a pusher (something suitable), or you can bring a ready-made sauce.
  3. The nests are ready. Drain the remaining liquid from them and serve immediately.
  4. You should also eat them immediately, while they are hot. They won’t linger.
  5. Spread on a plate and pour over the live sauce. Very tasty! Useful!
