Oatmeal with Fried Eggs for Breakfast Recipe
Pancakes from oatmeal with the addition of rice flour, custard dough. I’ll make the frosting in one and wrap the sausage in the other. Healthy and beautiful Breakfast.

  1. Make the dough. I poured the sour milk into a bowl, put the baking powder and whisk together. She added sugar, broke an egg, put everything together again with a whisk, and poured in the Hercules. Stirred and gave it about 10 minutes to swell. I added rice flour and salt. The dough is thick. Working constantly whisk pour boiling water into the dough. The dough should be quite liquid, so that it spreads well in a thin layer over the pan. Pour the oil. I use olive oil. This is in order not to grease the pan every time when baking pancakes. My frying pan is D-24 cm, non-stick pancake. I warmed it well and spread the dough in a thin layer.   2. … flip. In the middle, break the egg carefully, so as not to damage the yolk. Reduce the fire to a minimum. We give the egg to prepare. Then wrap the edges (see the photo). Fry a little more and remove immediately to a plate for serving.
  3. Sausage, so that it warms up in a pan in a pancake, do this: turning the pancake on one side, we give it a little brown on the other side, and then the pancakes will be fragile and will not wrap. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Put the sausage on the edge, wrap it in a pancake (see the photo) and fry the pancake with the sausage on all sides.
  4. This amount of dough will make 4 pieces of pancake D-24 cm. Just for two servings – 1 glaze and 1 sausage. I’m alone and I made myself one fried egg and two sausages. Put it on a plate, cut the cheese and decorated everything with microgreens. Fried egg pepper-Cayenne. Beautiful and delicious!
