  1. Pickled and fresh cucumbers cut into strips.
  2. Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel. Cut the potato and apple into strips yourself.
  3. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms and chop them coarsely. Finely chop the dill and green onion.
  4. Mix the vegetables and pour kvass. Add salt and pepper to taste. It will turn out very tasty if you add a little mustard to the okroshka.
