Delicious dessert! Fabulously fragrant! Cooking it is very simple: all the ingredients are mixed in a bowl, and as a result you get a delicious three-layer treat.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Grease the baking dish with oil. It is recommended to use a mold with a depth of 5 cm and a volume of 1.5 liters, but I had 2 molds of smaller size and volume.
Using a mixer, beat the butter, sugar, zest and yolks…
… until the mass thickens and brightens.
Sift the flour with baking powder on top and mix gently with a metal spoon.
Gently stir the juice…
… and milk.
Beat the whites to soft peaks.
Mix gently.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Put it in a large mold, pour in enough hot water to get up to half of the pudding.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.The dessert consists of three layers: the bottom layer of dough, a delicate cream, and a foam crust on top. It’s amazing considering we mixed all the ingredients in one container.
