Instructions
  1. For pancakes: dissolve salt in warm milk. Add eggs, sunflower oil, mix everything. Mix the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough in small portions. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
  2. Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan, greased with a thin layer of sunflower oil. Put the finished pancakes aside.
  3. Boil the peeled potatoes until tender in salted water. To turn into a puree, we need a tender puree, so it’s best to break it up with a blender. Add butter and milk to the hot puree, mix well.
  4. Finely chop the parsley, mash the tuna with a fork and add to the mashed potatoes. Try it, if you need salt, season with freshly ground pepper.
  5. Take a pancake and smear it with a thin layer of the resulting filling.
  6. Roll up a tight roll. Do this with all the pancakes.
  7. For the sauce: Mix the oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, season with black pepper and coriander. Whisk well with a whisk.
  8. Serve the pancakes, watering them with dressing, with herbs, vegetables or vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
