Add yeast and sugar to warm milk and mix well. Leave in a warm place until the ” cap ” appears.
I will knead the dough in a bread maker. Pour the milk and yeast into the bread maker bucket.
Add salt, olive oil and sift flour.

Knead the rested dough and divide it into 8 parts. From this amount of dough, you will get two pies.
Roll out each part of the dough into a circle. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. Transfer the first round of dough to a baking sheet. Grease with ketchup (1.5 tbsp), distribute half of the minced meat.
Cover with a second layer of dough. Distribute half of the chopped greens.
Cover with the third layer of dough. Distribute half of the carrots and cheese.
Cover with the fourth layer of dough, pinch the edges.
Mark the center of the circle with a glass or wine glass, cut into 8 parts to the marked circle. Brush with beaten egg using a silicone brush.
Take two adjacent pieces and wrap them inside. Also wrap the remaining pieces.
