  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and finely chop.
  2. Chop 70 g of nuts with a knife. Add to the apples. Add the cinnamon and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time. The whip. Add sour cream, beat.
  4. Chop the remaining 150 g of nuts. Add to the liquid mixture. Add baking powder to the dough. Mix it.
  5. Add the apple-nut mixture. Mix it.
  6. Put the dough in a greased form (27×18 cm). Bake in a preheated oven at 170g for 45 minutes.
  7. Cool the finished cake on the grill. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Spread the cake with fudge.
