Instructions
  1. Pour 50 g of sugar and 0.4 tsp of salt into 100 g of melted butter, mix until completely dissolved. Add 2 eggs and 0.5 ml of Rum flavor to the warm mixture. Mix thoroughly again until smooth.
  2. In 200 g of sifted flour (you can add a little more), add 1 tsp baking powder with saffron, mix and combine the liquid mixture with flour, gently kneading the dough. Meanwhile, it is necessary to cut the canned pineapple into cubes. Discard on a sieve to allow excess juice to drain. Sliced pineapple turns out to be about 100 g .
  3. Wash 1 medium-sized apple, peel and also cut into cubes. It turns out about 80 g .
  4. Add the chopped pineapple and apple to the dough and mix gently, spreading over the entire mass.
  5. We spread the dough out on cupcake baking molds (I have silicone ones, so we do not lubricate them) and send them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes. Put it on a dry skewer, and the cupcakes will brown
  6. After baking, remove the cupcakes from the mold and allow to cool completely. If desired, you can decorate with lemon balm leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It remains to brew your favorite tea and invite everyone to the table for a treat!!!
