Pour vegetable oil into a heated cauldron and fry our ribs until golden brown.
Add soy sauce, ground coriander, and adjika to the ribs. Mix it.
Fill with water, add bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
During this time, cut the onion into slices and put the ribs on top.
Lay out the beans. And leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Chop the potatoes coarsely, put the beans on top. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Peel the tomato. Add to the cauldron and pour the juice. Leave under the lid for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. And put it out for another 7-10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
