  1. Prepare the products, peel and cut into small cubes: onions, mushrooms, tomatoes without pulp and garlic. Finely chop the green onions.
  2. In the preheated oil, fry the onion and garlic until transparent.
  3. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry for 5 minutes or until half cooked.
  4. Pork steak, 0.6-0.8 cm thick, put in a transparent bag and beat with a hammer on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the meat plate with seasoning, salt, pepper and spread the tomato slices. Add the butter. Close the filling with a plate of meat and fix it with wooden toothpicks.
  6. Grease the meatloaf with mustard on all sides. In preheated vegetable oil, fry (but not until ready) the roll from all sides until golden brown.
  7. A plate of puff pastry is placed on a table top dusted with flour and rolled out 1.5 times. Pierce the dough with a fork.
  8. Put 2 plates of melted cheese on the dough.
  9. Spread the mushrooms on the cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
  10. On the onion, put the meat preparation (without toothpicks) and roll the dough layer into a roll.
  11. The roll can be decorated with scraps of dough. Cover the cake with a film and give the dough time to melt and increase, 20-30 minutes.
  12. Then grease the cake with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven to t 190 c until ready.
