In the original, the dough is a Breeze (poor)shortbread dough with the addition of water and without eggs), I was too lazy to mess with it)) I love all kinds of salty pies and cook them often, looking for new options. The pie is prepared very simply, my family is very happy with the result. Cook for your health!

  1. Boil 2-3 potatoes (the author has 1), in the peel until ready, cool, clean, cut coarsely.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes, fry with vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Beat 2 eggs with salt with a fork (in the original 1), add onions and potatoes, season with your favorite spices (I have salt), mix. You can add a little parsley, I have basil.
  4. We decant artichokes from the oil. In the original, they are fresh, but now, alas, it is not the season.
  5. Thinly slice the cheese (the author has smoked cheese). I went to the store specifically for it, and, of course, returned without it))) well, that’s fine!
  6. We begin to collect the pie. We spread the puff pastry with paper on a 24-26cm form, then potatoes with onions and egg, we randomly lay out artichokes on top. The top layer is placed in the spread of cheese.
  7. Bake the pie at 180 g for 40 minutes, or until browning, watch the oven. Help yourself, maybe you will like the pie, I will be glad!
