  1. Boil the potatoes, cut into cubes.Chop onion and mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil.Cut the cheese into cubes. Mix everything, add salt and pepper, add dill greens, 1 egg and 4 tablespoons of flour.
  2. With wet hands, shape the meatballs and dip into the dough made from: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of water, 6 tablespoons of flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Fry on both sides.
  4. And serve! The result is tender chops with a cheese-mushroom flavor.
