Potato Pancakes with Filling in a Multi-Baker Recipe
Fragrant, ruddy, soft potato pancakes with sausage filling and garlic sauce can be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. You can take it with you to work. I made potato pancakes in a slow cooker.

  1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Squeeze the potato juice.
  2. Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
  3. Add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, fry until the carrots are ready. Transfer the roasting to a bowl.
  4. Add the egg, squeezed garlic (2 cloves), ground pepper and salt, mix.
  5. Mix the flour with the dough.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.
  7. Cut each sausage into 4 pieces. It turned out 8 blanks.
  8. Open the lid of the slow cooker and install the “French Toast” panel.
  9. Close the cover of the device and connect it to a power source. The red indicator lights up. When the device heats up, the green indicator lights up.
  10. Open the lid of the slow cooker and evenly distribute the dough by 1 tbsp. l. on the bottom panel of the device. We spread the sausages.
  11. Cover the sausages with 1 teaspoon of dough. Close the lid, but not the lock.
  12. When the green indicator lights up, open the lid and turn the potato pancakes over.
  13. Then lock the lid and cook until the green indicator lights up, 2 minutes.
  14. Place the pancakes on a platter with a silicone or wooden spatula. You can serve sauce with pancakes. Mix sour cream and tomato ketchup, add a squeezed garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Pancakes and sauce are ready! In 30 minutes I cooked a delicious and satisfying dish.
