Defrost the puff pastry, roll it out slightly, cut it into squares and put it in cupcake molds (I have silicone ones).
Grate the lime zest on a grater and squeeze the juice out of it.
Mix cream and sugar, add yolks, and then condensed milk mixed with zest and lime juice. Beat everything well.
Put the resulting cream in puff pastry molds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
