  1. Take a sweet bright pumpkin, peel, cut into cubes.
  2. Fill with water so that it barely covers the pumpkin, and cook until tender. Depending on the variety of pumpkin, it will take from 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Whisk the finished pumpkin with a blender, add sugar, vanilla and cream to your taste, mix everything. I turned on the blender again.
  4. Soak the gelatin in water according to the instructions on the package. And then we work with him also in accordance with the instructions.
  5. Take not dry cottage cheese, the fat content is at your discretion. Add sour cream or cream. Put sugar, vanilla and whisk everything with a blender until smooth.
  6. Add milk, stir. The consistency should be liquid sour cream.
  7. Divide the diluted gelatin in half and add to the curd-pumpkin mass, mix separately.
  8. Take a bowl, wine glasses or glasses. Put 2 tablespoons of white cottage cheese on the bottom. Next, carefully pour 2 tablespoons of pumpkin mass into the center. Next, put the white mass in the center again, then yellow again, etc. until the cream is filled. It should be done carefully and quickly, exactly in the center. If the mass begins to thicken and it is difficult to work with it, then warm it up in a water bath. At the end, gently use a toothpick to swipe the strips from the edge to the center and back.
  9. Put the dessert to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Enjoy your meal!
