Instructions
Pour the semolina with sour cream. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
Add pumpkin to semolina with sour cream and mix. Add 110 g of sugar, zest, spices, chopped nuts. Add a spoonful of flour with baking powder.
Put the dough into the mold. We send it to the preheated oven. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and orange juice. Right in the mold, pierce the semolina cake in several places, pour the juice with sugar.
Decorate the cooled cake with powdered sugar and pomegranate seeds with soft bones.
