Instructions
  1. Divide the cauliflower into small florets and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Then rinse under running cold water.
  2. Cut the sweet pepper into large chunks. Vegetables are randomly placed in a baking dish. A little salt and pepper.
  3. Chop almonds, garlic, shallots, and ginger.
  4. In the crushed mass, add breadcrumbs, olive oil (you can use any vegetable, if you want), turmeric, lemon juice (ideally lime juice). Mix thoroughly. If your mass seems thick to you, you can add a little water boiled, cooled.
  5. On the vegetables, lay out pieces of red fish, cut into small portions. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Pieces of fish are covered with our breading, slightly pressing. Sprinkle with olive oil on top. Add a couple of tablespoons of white wine to the vegetables. I myself usually cook with the same amount of water.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-11 minutes.
  7. Bon Appetit! Tender, juicy fish just melts in your mouth))
