  1. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast, when they become active – they begin to foam, add sugar and dissolve the salt. Stir to combine with flour. Knead the dough, when it begins to form into a lump, add a mixture of melted butter and vegetable oils. Knead the dough until smooth, “obedient” state, 10 minutes. Lubricate the surface with vegetable oil, cover with a lid or towel. Put in a warm place to rise, double in size. Press down well, cover until the next rise.
  2. Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into 4 pieces. Boil until soft. Drain the resulting juice, cool slightly, add sugar and butter.
  3. Grind into a puree. The food processor helped me with this.
  4. Put it back in the pan, add the starch, bring to a boil on the stove. Important! Cook for a couple of minutes so that the starch does not digest. Remove from the heat.
  5. Lift again, divide the dough into four parts. To roll the balls, let them stand for about 15 minutes.
  6. Roll out into a flat cake 10-12 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment or a cooking mat. We send it to a preheated 180 °C. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150°, after 5 minutes the tortillas are ready in my electric oven. Cool on the grill.
  7. Cut the cooled tortillas into halves.
  8. Make incisions in each of them in the form of pockets.
  9. In advance, chop the nuts, cookies, mix with grated chocolate. Fill the pockets of apple cakes with cream. The slices are also smeared with cream, roll in a chocolate-nut mixture.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
