In warm milk, dissolve the yeast, when they become active – they begin to foam, add sugar and dissolve the salt. Stir to combine with flour. Knead the dough, when it begins to form into a lump, add a mixture of melted butter and vegetable oils.
Knead the dough until smooth, “obedient” state, 10 minutes.
Lubricate the surface with vegetable oil, cover with a lid or towel. Put in a warm place to rise, double in size.
Press down well, cover until the next rise.
