  1. We take the initial products: 3 eggs, a glass of sugar, a glass of sour cream, a glass of semolina, a glass of flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil (you can use margarine, but I am an enemy of margarine in baking, so I use only butter or vegetable) and forming marmalade.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer, then add sour cream, butter, semolina. Mix everything together. Mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar and add to the rest of the products. The whipped mixture is left for 10 minutes to swell semolina.
  3. Cut the marmalade into cubes. Pour the dough into a baking dish, spread the sliced marmalade on top. Since the dough is not thick, the marmalade itself will enter the dough, it is not necessary to mix.
  4. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 gr. 45 minutes or in a slow cooker on the Baking program for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool, garnish with powdered sugar, grated chocolate or icing.
  5. Instead of marmalade, you can add dried fruits, nuts, frozen cherries, apples. Use one simple cupcake base each time and you will have a different taste. Please your family and guests! Enjoy your meal!
