Instructions
Prepare the ingredients. My mushrooms, onions, garlic, carrots, peel.
Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. Cut the onion into half rings.
In the pan where we will cook the mushrooms, add salt, sugar, allspice, chopped garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar and bay leaf.
Then spread the mushrooms, carrots, onions and mix with black pepper. And put on a slow fire for exactly 7 minutes.
Then cool the mushrooms and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
And in the morning, enjoy a delicious and fragrant snack.
This snack is suitable even for those who observe the New Year’s fast.
