Strudel with Mushrooms and Chicken Recipe
The recipe, I’m sure, is not new, but it is delicious enough to be repeated. Great for a New Year’s table. Be sure to try to cook this strudel – you will like it.

  1. Take the finished puff pastry and roll it out in length.
  2. In the evening, soak dry porcini mushrooms, drain the liquid in the morning, finely chop the mushrooms.
  3. Onions are chopped and fried in olive oil.
  4. I added mushrooms to the onion and fried for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the chilled chicken breast into cubes and pour over your favorite sauce. You don’t need to salt and pepper the chicken anymore.
  6. Fry the chicken until tender.
  7. Place on a board and finely chop.
  8. Mix mushrooms with onion and chicken.
  9. Put the filling on the dough.
  10. Rolled the roll, poured olive oil and put it in the oven.
  11. After 15 minutes, the roll is ready. You can call everyone to the table!
