To prepare the strudel, we will need puff pastry. It can be prepared by yourself, or use a ready-made purchase. I picked the other one, so I left it in the room for 30 minutes to defrost.
For the filling take kiwi, cut into slices, and Apple jam (you can choose another to your taste).
Cut the dough into rectangles and spread on the dough at the beginning of kiwi, then jam.
Connect the opposite sides of the rectangle. Then connect its lower and upper parts.
The resulting rectangle is inverted and make three cuts.
Here's the strudel we've got.
The yolk is separated from the white egg. We'll need it to lubricate the top of the strudel.
Place the layered strudels on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in advance. Grease them on top of the yolk. Heat oven to 220 degrees (about 5 minutes). Put a baking sheet with strudels in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the strudels get a Golden color.
