Instructions
Chop the onion in a food processor using knife grinders.
Fry the finely chopped onion until soft. Add the flour and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk, add grated cheese, salt, nutmeg and cook until the sauce thickens. Cool.
Boil the breast and chop it in a food processor with a chopper knife.
Combine the breast with the sauce, stir if it turns out to be too liquid, then add breadcrumbs to the mass, season with salt and pepper.
Form round croquettes and roll them alternately in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in boiling vegetable oil until golden brown.
Cut the cucumber into long slices, string it on skewers and stick it into croquettes, serve it on the table.
