  1. Boil the buckwheat. Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.
  2. Cut the leek into rings and add to the fried onion. Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add walnuts and buckwheat. Stir and remove from heat. Salt and pepper.
  4. We put it in a separate bowl. Cool.
  5. Cut the turkey breast in half lengthwise, almost to the end, and open it like a book. Cover with cling film and whisk lightly.
  6. Add the eggs to the cooled minced meat and mix.
  7. On the meat, along the length, we spread the filling.
  8. Rolled into a roll.
  9. Use a thread to tie the roll, not very tight.
  10. Grease the baking dish with a large amount of sunflower oil. Spread the roll. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 gr. Add beer. Bake until cooked. It took me about an hour.
  11. Before slicing, remove the thread from the finished roll.
