Ingredients
Dough:
Filling:
Additionally:
  • 2tablespoons Vegetable oilto lubricate the mold and fry the minced meat
  • 1piece Chicken eggfor lubrication of the cake top before baking (optional)
Instructions
  1. Dilute the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, salt, sour cream, egg and melted butter. Mix well. Sift the flour into a bowl with the ingredients and knead the dough (the specified amount of flour is enough, don’t worry, the dough will be sticky, it should be)
  2. Cover the dough with a towel (or cling film) and put it in a warm place for proofing for 25-30 minutes. I use a microwave oven: first I boil a glass of water in it, and then I put the dough in there, close the door.. And voila, we are not afraid of drafts))
  3. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling: if you have meat, pass zucchini, apple and onion with it through a meat grinder. If you have minced meat ready, then chop onion, apple and zucchini in a blender and mix with minced meat. Fry in a frying pan, there should be very little moisture left.
  4. Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain all the water and mash in mashed potatoes with butter. Mix with the fried minced meat, cool the filling a little.
  5. Divide the dough that has come up into two buns in a percentage ratio of about 40/60. Roll out most of it and use a rolling pin to transfer it to a pre-greased form with vegetable oil.
  6. Chop the cheese (I just do it in a blender). And then there are 2 options, either you mix it with a chilled filling, or put the filling first, and cheese on top (this is at your discretion, I visually prefer layers, it does not affect the taste)
  7. Roll out a smaller bun. And here, too, at your discretion, or you just put it on top of the filling (do not forget to make several holes so that steam comes out) and pinch the edges. Or you cut strips of dough to weave a braid.
  8. I wove a plait, bent the edges of the pie.
  9. If the dough is still left, give free rein to your imagination) Let it stand for a while under a towel (15 minutes), turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees and lubricate the surface with egg. I like the casserole, because you can just pour an egg on the surface, the egg will seep into the filling and it will taste even tastier.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven. But you know your technique better than I do.. The filling is ready, so bring your product to a beautiful degree of ruddiness for you, take it out, let it rest a little under a towel and enjoy)
