Instructions
  1. Prepare the products according to the list. My green vegetables are frozen. Spinach is thawed.
  2. Put string beans and Brussels sprouts in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling. Flip into a colander and cool under cold water.
  3. Chop the Brussels sprouts and beans in a blender.
  4. Wash the green onions, shake off the moisture and chop. In a bowl, mix the chopped bean mass, onion and spinach.
  5. Add a handful of pine nuts and flax seeds.
  6. Add a mixture of flakes and starch. If the mass is very watery, then add more flakes or starch.
  7. Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Form round cutlets. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, sprinkle a little vegetable oil and lay out the biscuits. On top of each biscuit, drop a little oil.
  9. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Without exaggeration, I will say that it is very tasty and you can cook them not only during lent. For fasting, you can serve tomato sauce or ketchup to biscuits, and those who do not fast, sour cream or yogurt.
  10. Bon appetit!
