  1. Liquid (water, meat or fish broth) and oil – depends on what kind of soup you will cook. Today we cook lean soup and take vegetable oil. If you take a thick-walled frying pan, you can also fry vegetables in it. Lightly fry the carrots and onions over low heat. Add radish (daikon, greens, radish), celery to them. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir, add bell pepper, tomatoes, last of all, add the Peking cabbage. Simmer all together for another 2-3 minutes, stirring. Vegetables are cut into thin slices and cooked very quickly.
  3. Fill the vegetables with water/broth. Bring to a boil, add canned red beans and a clove of garlic. Bring everything together to a boil, add the chopped herbs, close the lid and remove from the heat.
