This light soup is either very much like it, or you will never want it again. But those who like corn and beans in any form, it will taste good. In addition, it does not contain fried vegetables, there is not a lot of fat and heavy. But there are a lot of chicken fillet meatballs with fresh vegetables, corn, beans and a lot of greens.
Wash chicken fillet, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Let's go through the meat grinder. Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and mix. Add the egg, boiled rice, salt and mix.
Pour water into a pot and put it on the fire, bring to a boil. Drain the liquid from the corn and add it to the pan with water.
With beans, too, drain the water and add it to the pan with corn. Bring to a boil and salt to taste.
From the minced meat, form meatballs and drop them into a pot with soup. Don't make meatballs very large. Cook over low heat, after boiling, under the lid, for 20 minutes, until the meatballs are ready. Turn off the heat and let it stand for another 5-10 minutes.
Pour the soup on plates and add a lot of chopped dill and green onions. The more the better.
