- 350 gram Chicken fillet

- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 liter Water

- Wash chicken fillet, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Let's go through the meat grinder. Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them on a fine grater. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and mix. Add the egg, boiled rice, salt and mix.
