  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Place the arugula on a flat salad plate in the middle.
  3. Chop the walnut with a knife, wash the oranges, peel and cut into slices.
  4. Put the orange and nuts on the arugula.
  5. Prepare the sauce – cranberry sauce, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, dates and water whisk in a blender.
