  1. Sift the wheat flour several times, this will give the dough pomp and filter out unnecessary grains.
  2. Add vegetable oil, which will facilitate the molding of products and prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Add salt and sugar.
  3. Steep boiling water is gradually poured into the flour, kneading a plastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
  4. Put the finished dough in any form, cover with a napkin and set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
  5. From the dough we make a long tourniquet, which we cut into small parts. I prepared 1/3 of the recipe, and I got 8 blanks.
  6. Roll out each piece of dough into a thin cake on a board sprinkled with flour. Cut out a circle.
  7. Place a small amount of filling in the center of the tortilla.
  8. Lift the edges of the tortilla to the center and pinch together.
  9. Connect with arrows or other greens. I fixed the top of the wonton with a zucchini circle. Dip the finished blanks with the bottom in flour and cook immediately, the dough will turn out very tender. Or put it in the refrigerator, if for “later”, then in the freezer.
  10. Boil the wontons with the filling in salted water or steamed for 15 minutes. The dish will turn out to be more useful and juicy. I cooked wontons in a wok. Heat the oil in a wok (or deep fryer) and fry the wontons in portions until golden brown.
  11. Serve wontons with sweet or spicy sauce to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
