Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, add salt and beat everything with a whisk until fluffy light mass.
Pour in the lemon juice, vegetable oil, add the lemon zest, and beat again.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Add to the egg-oil mixture.
Mix well with a silicone spatula.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder, add the chocolate drops and mix quickly.
Spread the finished dough on muffin molds, lined with paper liners. The recipe is designed for 12 muffins.
Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 °C, for 20-25 minutes, until the toothpick is dry.
Ready-made muffins to cool on the grill. Enjoy your tea!
