  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into long slices using a vegetable peeler.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  3. We begin to fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  4. Add the carrots to the onion.
  5. Sweet pepper cut into thin strips.
  6. Add to the pan a little later.
  7. I also added pickled chili pepper and garlic.
  8. Simmer everything together until half cooked, and then transfer to a mixing bowl.
  9. Cut the liver into slices.
  10. And put it in a frying pan with oil after the vegetables.
  11. Season with salt and pepper. Fry quickly on both sides.
  12. Then put it on a board and cut into convenient slices.
  13. We send the liver to the vegetables.
  14. I added ground dill with salt and seasonings (a mixture with bay leaf and other herbs).

  16. Mix the composition. Pour into a serving dish. I served it with baked potatoes. First, the potatoes must be completely cooked. Cut the large tubers in half, remove the middle a little and put the onion and red pepper or something else sprinkle with oil. Bake in the oven until cooked.
