Instructions
Finely chop the onion. We put the frying pan on the fire, pour sunflower oil and immediately put the onion. Do not wait for the oil to heat up.
Simmer the onion until glassy in just a couple of minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the turkey minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs.
Form small meatballs with wet hands.
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add salt and gently, in portions, boil the meatballs. After the meatballs pop up, cook for 2 minutes.
Put the finished meatballs in a bowl or baking dish.
Finely chop the dill.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the flour and, stirring constantly, pour in the milk. Bring to a boil.
Add dill, a pinch of sugar and cream. Bring to a boil again. Remove from the heat.
Pour the bechamel meatballs with dill sauce, cover the mold and bake at a temperature of 200 g for 20 minutes.
Gentle, delicious!
Bon appetit!
