Instructions
  1. I will tell you about my secret of cooking eggs. Dip the eggs in cold water. Add salt. If any of the eggs are cracked, then thanks to the salt, the protein on the crack surface will quickly curdle and will not allow the rest of the protein to flow out of the egg much. Boil. Boil for literally 20-30 seconds.
  2. Remove from the heat and close the lid tightly. Leave it on for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, as usual, we lower the eggs into ice water.
  3. Thanks to this method of cooking eggs, they will never be overcooked, and you will never have a blue border of yolk.
  4. The finished eggs are cleaned, cut in half and remove the yolk.
  5. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  6. Cut the finished chicken fillet into cubes and send it to the blender bowl. Here I will tell you how to cook it better. To get a delicious chicken fillet, fill it with hot water. In this case, in order for the protein to curdle on the surface of the fillet, forming a film, so that the maximum taste is preserved in the meat, add salt and bay leaf. Bring the water to a boil. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
  7. Cooked fillets are ground into minced meat.
  8. Put the yolks and fried onions in a glass for an immersion blender. Transfer the chopped minced chicken from the bowl to a glass. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  9. We interrupt everything and try. If necessary, add salt to taste, pepper. Interrupting again.
  10. For the sauce, I used canned tomatoes in their own juice. You can use 3-4 pieces of medium freshness. Cut them crosswise, pour boiling water over them, leave for a couple of minutes and remove the skin. Cut tomatoes (canned or fresh) into cubes. Pour about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and put the tomatoes on it. Fry, stirring, until smooth.
  11. Add the butter. If you don’t, the sauce will break up into vegetable oil and tomatoes. But butter will bind everything.
  12. Add salt to taste. Add sugar, basil, oregano.
  13. Cut the chili pepper into slices. I don’t clean it of bones and partitions, because I like it when it is sharper. You are guided by your taste. Most of the sharpness is contained in seeds and septa. Add pepper to the sauce.
  14. Fill the protein halves with the filling.
  15. Pour the sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  16. Place the stuffed eggs on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the eggs there for 20 minutes.
  17. Sprinkle with chopped dill greens before serving.
  18. Bon appetit.
